Divya Menon is a passionate yoga instructor dedicated to promoting holistic well-being through the practice of yoga. Her journey with yoga began in her adolescence, where she discovered the transformative power of yoga in maintaining physical health and inner peace.
After exploring the advertising and education industries, Divya followed her passion for yoga and underwent various Yoga Teachers Training and energy healing courses. She is a certified RYT 300 hour Multistyle Yoga Teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance, and holds certifications in SKY Yoga (Simplified Kundalini Yoga) from the Universal Healing Center in Kochi, India, and RYT 200 hour Multistyle Yoga Teacher Training Course from Kashish Yoga in Goa, India.
Divya's teaching style emphasizes the balance between movement for the body and stillness for the mind, believing that yoga is a celebration of what the body can do. She offers classes in various styles, including Hatha, Ashtanga/Vinyasa, and Yin, focusing on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and reducing stress, along with providing therapeutic benefits.
